If you had a free round-trip ticket to anywhere, where would you go?

I would definitely go to Japan. If countries were people with personalities, I’d be most comfortable with Japan. We’d smile and nod and be comfortable around each other and only talk when we have something to say.

I was born in India. Loud, extroverted, colorful, vibrant, dancing in the streets India. And I was like, “dude can you give me some space.” And India was like, “oh come on, have some fun, dance a little, eat something. Can you shout over the din coz I can’t hear you.“

When I watch videos of people in Japan, I wish I could move there. Even a day in the life of video of a sanitation worker driving a garbage truck made me feel like this. The trucks were so cute! They were painted with colorful cartoons and were washed after every shift. They said, “a clean garbage truck is a sign of a clean city.” Meanwhile where I live in India, you can smell the garbage truck coming before you see it.

I know that every country has both pros and cons but I just feel like Japan’s pros suit my personality so much that I wouldn’t mind the cons. So if I got a free trip, I’d go to japan and then throw away the return ticket!
